Back again by popular demand, iElder.asia will be hosting yet another "Healthy Cooking, Healthy Aging" event with special guest speakers - Olivia, co-founder of iElder.asia, our resident expert in the elderly care industry, and Olivia, from Cooking with Olivia, renowned Thermomix Consultant, Nutritionist & Cookbook Author.

As we age, it's crucial to maintain a healthy and nutritious diet. Join us and learn practical methods and recipes that will enable you to create healthy and tasty meals that are ideal for elderly people. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals who share the same interest in promoting healthy aging.

11:10 am - 12:25 pm: Healthy Cooking Healthy Ageing, Olivia Tan, Thermomix Consultant and Certified Nutritionist
