Your Trainers
Matron Narayani Kunjiraman
A dedicated and experienced nursing professional with extensive expertise in clinical nursing, critical care, and nursing leadership. She holds a State Registered Nurse (SRN) qualification, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), a Post Basic Certificate in Critical Care Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSc Nursing). Throughout her career, she has served in senior nursing leadership roles including Matron, overseeing nursing administration, staff supervision, patient safety, and clinical standards. With her strong clinical background and passion for education, Matron Narayani is committed to developing competent healthcare professionals through practical, learner-centred training in nursing, caregiver skills, patient safety, infection prevention, and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Matron Malathy Raghavan
A dedicated and experienced Matron with over 40 years of nursing experience, including 33 years with the Ministry of Health Malaysia (1985–2018), 5 years as Matron at a private hospital (2018–2023), and currently serving as a Visiting Matron (2023–present). Skilled in nursing leadership, ward management, staff supervision, patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical operations. Committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care while mentoring nursing staff and maintaining high standards of healthcare excellence.
