1. The pricing of the stairlift depends on the length and how many bends and landings. A photograph of the staircase.
2. The address of the location.
3. Information about the user's condition (difficulty changing chairs while wheelchair-bound) and the recommendation for a curved stairlift.

Q&A

1. Does the 18-month Warranty in the quotation include onsite repair without additional charges?
Yes. On-site repair or part replacement. Except for consumables such as batteries.

2. If need to bring it back to the factory/wait for parts, any temp replacement?  If we take on a service contract with Euroasia will a temporary FOC unit be made available if my unit needs to be taken to the factory for repairs?
A loan unit will be provided if ex-stock.

3. After the warranty, any free onsite repair? 
Yes. Must sign up for service agreement upon expiration date.

4. How long will the manufacturer provide parts support for the model quoted? 
Subjective. Depending on the models/spare parts.

5. If model or parts support is discontinued, possible to repair with 3rd party parts? Where to get 3rd party parts? 
No.

6. Apart from the twice-a-year maintenance mentioned in the quotation Please advise what the regular recommended self-maintenance/cleaning needed. Normal cleaning with water  

7. How much will the maintenance contract cost after the initial 18 months?
1 year contract with 2 services RM1300 (applicable only for 2024)
2 years contract with 4 services RM2,340 (applicable only for 2024) 

8. Are any precautions needed during use? What are they?

10. Is the 3Meter is the max length for wiring provided as part of installation cost, to the wall PowerPoint? And if exceeds what is the rate charged per meter of installation?
We will refer you to a 3^rd party electrician. 

11. Do we have stairlift rental services?
Yes. Handicare 1100 (Straights) or curved staircase with modular stairlift.
Price is subject to staircase design and several steps.

12. Do we accept trade-ins?
Yes. 1^st year buyback is 33% (from the total amount), 2^nd year is 27% (from the total amount)
