If you need repair or service for your medical equipment such as wheelchair, hospital bed and oxygen concentrator,  please follow the steps below:-

1. Kindly do a video recording about your product problem. Kindly advise your product brand name, serial number if there is any.

2. Send your video recording to www.wasap.my/+60122288472

3. Once that we confirm, we will generate order for you to proceed with payment

5. You can leave your medical equipment at our outlet. or we collect from your house or repair it on the spot. 

6. We will call you to collect your medical equipment once completed the repair work if you leave the equipment at our outlet.
