Concierge Service

 A service to pick up and accompany clients from their house to the hospital, assist during medical appointment/check-up and send the client back to their house. After the session, we will update to the family members and reminder for next appointment follow up. 

SERVICE PROVIDED

Medical Escort
Escort clients during their medical appointment (such as navigating the hospital, taking note of the next appointment)​.

Duration is up to 4 hours.

Additional Information

• Within Klang Valley only.
• Exclude travelling charges. travelling charges is RM1 for every 1 km. Kindly provide your location address to quote the traveling charges.
• If staff using Grab, client need to pay the fee directly to the staff.
• Extra hours will be charging RM40/hour.
• Extra hours before and after office hours will be charged RM50/hour.

Caregiver information/Qualification

1. Malaysian
2. Age 18 above
3. Certified as trained caregiver.
4. Fresh graduates or candidate with any healthcare related background (medical assistant, nursing, physiotherapist, etc.)
5. With min 1 year experience in home care, nursing home and hospital setting.
6. Able to write and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment must be made at least 48 hours before the service.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
3. Fo any refund and last-minute rescheduling, there will be a charge of 20% admin fees from the total invoiced.
