If you are passionate about supporting others and making a positive difference in their daily lives, the Professional Caregiver Course provides the practical knowledge and hands-on skills needed to deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

The course introduces you to the essential responsibilities of a professional caregiver, from assisting with everyday activities and personal care to supporting mobility, nutrition, hygiene and emotional wellbeing. You’ll also develop an understanding of professional conduct, communication, safety and the needs of older adults and individuals who require additional assistance.

Through a combination of theoretical learning, practical training and skills-based activities, you’ll learn how to provide care while respecting each individual's dignity, independence, privacy and personal preferences.
