Guilt towards your parents?
Woman are particularly good at guilt. I'm not doing enough, I'm not doing it right, I should have done something else.
Guilt is not a particular useful emotion, especially in this case. So get rid of it.
Stop focusing on what you are not doing, or what you imagine you should be doing, and focus instead on what you are doing for your parent (and for other in your life).
Make a list of these things and be sure to include everything that you provide - emotional support, phone calls, visits, talks with doctors, help with financial matters, and so on.
Recognise and be proud of what you are giving, and give it generously. But please, dump the guilt.
