1. What is Myotein / Myotein made of
Pure, wholly natural Bioactive Whey Protein Concentrate. Zero flavouring, sweetener, preservatives and colouring.
2. What age suit
Age 4 and onwards. For healthy children, 1-2 scoops, once a day.
For healthy adults, 1-2 scoops, twice a day.
3. Can diabetes patients consume
Yes, suitable to consume. It has no added sugar or sweetener.
4. Can consume how many a day
For adults, for general health and wellbeing maintenance, 1-2 scoops mix into any food (mashed potato, soups, gravies, yoghurt, oatmeal, porridge, cereal) or drinks (coffee, tea, milo, cereal/grain drinks, milk, smoothie), twice a day.
For children, 1-2 scoops, once a day.

5. Myotein can be a meal replacement?
No, it cannot be a meal replacement because it CANNOT be used as a sole source of nutrition. But it can be mixed into meal replacement drinks (e.g. Ensure, Nutren, Calco, Enercal) for higher protein intake, which is usually recommended for the elderly.

Yes, but best to consult a doctor or dietitian on the actual amount to consume per day depending on the trimester she is in.
