主要许可要求

1. 养老院经营许可证

获得卫生部的营业执照是在马来西亚设立养老院的基石。该许可证意味着您的设施在基础设施、人员配备和服务方面符合必要的标准。要申请此许可证，您需要提交一份全面的提案，概述您的设施的设计、人员配置计划、护理服务和安全措施。该法案是卫生部1998 年《私人医疗设施和服务法案》第 586 号法案。

2.养老机构经营许可证

该法案是马来西亚社会福利部 (JKM) 下的妇女、家庭和社区发展部颁布的1993 年第 506 号护理中心法案。该部门将发函寻求地方当局、Bomba 和地区卫生办公室等 3 个部门的帮助。对于住宅区来说，为了经营护理中心，将住宅产权转换为商业产权非常重要。

卫生区所需文件是

  1. 伤寒注射液
  2. 食品管理证书
  3. 建筑平面图

地方当局所需的文件是

  1. 健身证书 (CF)
  2. 评估税已付收据
  3. 建筑平面图
  4. 土地批给书副本
  5. 已缴土地税收据

  2. 紧急出口
  3. 健身证书 (CF)
  4. 建筑平面图

3. 私营老年医疗机构经营许可证

第 802 号法案《2018 年私人老年医疗设施和服务法案》（“该法案”）简称 PAHFAS 于 2018 年 3 月 29 日在宪报刊登，但尚未生效。该法案预计将为马来西亚的老年人护理提供更全面的监管环境，并确保所有私人医疗中心和服务均获得许可和监管。这将是马来西亚首次引入专门法律来规范和保护老年人的护理标准。

新法案取代了监管私人疗养院的《1998 年私人医疗设施和服务法案》[第 586 号法案]，以及监管护理中心的《社会福利部 – 护理中心法案》[第 506 号法案]。
