老年人皮肤护理
早在我们准备好迎接衰老之前,皮肤就已经开始出现裂纹、皱纹和斑点,但通常这些下垂和瑕疵只是自我贬低造成的,不仅仅是因为年龄,而是因为一直处于灿烂的阳光下。 。然而,当我们年纪大了,皮肤问题就不再是简单的虚荣问题了。
老年皮肤较薄且油脂较少,因此往往较干燥,容易出现瘀伤、感染和皮疹。
对于老年人来说,有一种很常见的皮肤病——老年性瘙痒症,表现为皮肤阵发性瘙痒、皮肤干燥、变薄、脱屑。
老年性皮肤瘙痒的原因可分为生理性因素和病理性因素,其中生理性因素是由于激素减少、内分泌变化等所致。病理原因是糖尿病、肝脏疾病、甲状腺异常等。
中医理论认为,老年性皮肤瘙痒与人体气血、阴阳的变化有关。老年人普遍肝肾亏虚,气血津液皆亏,皮肤营养不良,风湿侵袭皮肤而引起皮肤瘙痒。
老年瘙痒症与生活习惯密切相关,因此老年人的护理尤为重要,在日常活动中应注意以下几点:
- 长者不宜洗澡太频繁,每周最好3-4次
- 水温应控制在40℃左右
- 使用中性肥皂,最好在淋浴后皮肤还湿润时使用脂质含量较高的护肤品(凡士林、甘油等)
- 长者只应选择100%纯棉的衣服及内衣,衣服应在穿着前清洗
最后,友情提醒,长辈们要时刻保持愉快的心情,转移对“痒”的注意力,否则不断抓挠会导致皮肤增厚,甚至感染。此外,长辈用药应谨慎,最好在医生指导下用药。
