How Does Nano Anti-Slip Treatment Work?

1. Nano Impregnation Technology
The anti-slip solution penetrates into the tile using nano impregnation technology. It is not a surface coating, so it won't peel or flake off like conventional coatings.

2. Creates a Microscopic Grip
The treatment modifies the tile's microscopic surface structure—changes that are far too small to be seen with the naked eye. This creates a higher-friction surface while slightly reducing the gloss of polished tiles.

3. Better Grip When Wet
When water, shampoo, or soap is present, the treated surface provides improved traction, helping to reduce slipperiness and making the floor safer to walk on.

How to Apply Anti-Slip Spray

  1. Wear mask, gloves, goggles, and slippers for protection.
  2. Clean the floor surface thoroughly and dry the floor.
  3. Spray the anti-slip spray evenly across each tile.

⚠️ Caution: The longer you leave the spray on, the higher the grip — however, tile color may fade slightly. Test on a small hidden area first if you are concerned about color change.

4. Leave it for 10–30 minutes depending on desired grip level — the longer you leave it, the higher the grip, but note that tile color may fade.

5. Rinse and scrub the floor with water.

6. The area can be used immediately after washing the chemical.

Duration: Average an hour depending size of the area.

1. Avoid using acidic detergents, as they may reduce the effectiveness and shorten its lifespan.

2. Diligently wash the tiles to ensure cleanliness

What are the ingredients in the nano anti-slip spray?

The nano anti-slip spray contains the following ingredients:
• Phosphoric Acid
• Ammonium Bifluoride
• Water
• Other Non-Hazardous Ingredients

Please handle with care. Wear protective gear (mask, gloves, and goggles, slippers) during application.

What types of tiles are suitable for Nano Anti-Slip Treatment?

No. The tiles will not feel sticky after treatment. The surface remains comfortable underfoot, with no residue or tacky feeling.

How long do I need to wait before I can use the toilet after the anti-slip treatment?

You can use the toilet immediately after the treatment is completed.

1 bottle (500 ml) anti-slip can cover how many square feet?

A 500 ml anti-slip spray can cover approximately 30–40 sq ft of flooring area, depending on the tile type, surface condition, and absorbency.

How long does it take?

About 1 hour for a typical toilet or bathroom.

How does the anti-slip spray work? Is it coating on top of the floor?

No — this is NOT a coating.

Is it safe for children and elderly people?

Yes. Once applied and rinsed properly, it is safe for daily use in homes with children and seniors.

Do I need any tools or special preparation before applying the anti-slip treatment?

No special tools are needed. Ensure good ventilation and wear basic protective gear such as gloves, footwear, goggles and a mask during application.

Do you provide on-site anti-slip treatment service?

Yes, we do demo for commercial projects within Klang Valley.

Not sure if your tiles are suitable?

We recommend a test patch before full treatment, especially for dark-coloured or premium tiles. This lets you see both the anti-slip performance and any change in appearance before proceeding.

Can I feel the anti-slip effect with or without shoes?

Yes. The anti-slip treatment is effective even when walking barefoot. When wearing shoes, the level of grip will depend on the type and condition of the shoe sole. Some shoes naturally provide better traction than others.

What options are available for anti-slip treatment?

There are 2 options:
