For those who have difficulty putting on their own socks. / For elderly, pregnant women and those with difficulty bending or straightening their knees.

Suitable for people who:

• Have difficulty bending down due to back pain.
• Have limited mobility in their hands or arms.
• Have difficulty using their fingers.
• Need assistance putting on socks for other reasons.

Materials

• Sock support plate: Polypropylene (PP)
• Clip: Polypropylene (PP)
• Cord: Acrylic

Product Size

• Sock support plate: A4 size (approximately 230 × 310 mm)
• Long string: 2 m
• Short string: 20 cm

Instructions for Use

1. Remove the clip before washing. Fold the support plate outward as shown.
2. Fold it inward as illustrated.
3. Fold it back on itself into a cylindrical shape.
4. Insert the folded support plate into the opening of the sock.
5. Secure the back of the sock with the clip.
   (If your hand function is limited, a caregiver may assist with this step.)
6. Place the support plate with the attached cord on the floor and insert your foot into the sock opening.
7. Slide your toes into the sock while pulling up gently. Stop if you feel pain.
8. Pull the cords while lifting your foot until the sock is fully on.
9. Finished!

Precautions for Use

• If you experience pain during use, stop using the product immediately.
• Do not use this product for purposes other than its intended use.
• If the product is damaged, discontinue use.

• Store in a clean place away from high temperatures, high humidity, and direct sunlight.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
