HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL CAREERS

A. STAFF NURSE 

  1. Attends to new residents, recording their medical history
  2. Performs diagnostic tests, manages and administers residents’ medications
  3. Assist and develops residents’ care plans with medical professionals in the home
  4. Monitors and records residents’ progress, continuous assessment of their physical and mental health - reporting to attending physicians
  5. Assists physicians during rounds of residents’ rooms
  6. Advises residents on their conditions and their needs, answering emails enquiries
  7. Assists residents with their daily living by performing caring skilled nursing
  8. Ensures cleanliness and hygiene of residents and the home
  9. Must work on 3 shift rotation
Qualification / Experience Requirement
  • Junior nurse: Minimum 1 year’s experience in a care home
  • Nurse: 3 - 5 years’ experience in a care home
  • Registered nurses with valid nursing qualifications
  • Familiar with senior care needs
  • Good PR and communication skill

     

    B. PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    1. To assist residents in physical rehabilitation due to illness, surgery, aging or physical disability
    2. To determine rehabilitation requirements of residents - on a personalised basis
    3. To plan the treatments needed for the rehabilitation of the residents
    4. To liaise with the attending physician on what treatment is needed for the resident
    5. To organise activities for residents
    6. To perform the physio on the resident at the appointed date and time
    7. To be in communication with the families on what treatment is needed, Or, to be in communication with the nurses on what treatment is needed and the nurses will relay the treatments planned for the residents to the families

      Qualification/Experience Requirement

      • Preferable Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor in Physiotherapy
      • Minimum 1 year,s experience in Physiotherapy
      • Punctual and reliable
      • Gentle and understanding to the different personalities of the residents
      • Good PR and communication skill

         C. TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE PRACTITIONER

        1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health, considering physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors.
        2. Develop personalized treatment plans based on TCM principles to address specific health concerns.
        3. Administer acupuncture treatments to stimulate specific points on the body for therapeutic purposes.
        4. Prescribe and prepare herbal remedies to support patients’ health and well-being.
        5. Perform cupping therapy, gua sha, and other TCM modalities as appropriate for individual cases.
        6. Educate patients on lifestyle adjustments, including diet, exercise, and stress management.
        7. Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients throughout the course of treatment.
        8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as Western medical doctors, when necessary.
        9. Stay updated on advancements in TCM, attend training, and participate in continuous professional development.

        Qualification/Experience Requirement

        • Preferable Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor in Traditional Chinese Medicine
        • Minimum 1 years’ experience in TCM
        • Punctual and reliable
        • Gentle and understanding to the different personalities of the residents

        D. CARE GIVER/CARE ASSISTANT

        1. To attend to and care for the daily needs of the residents in the home
        2. To assist the residents to perform their daily living tasks and self-care skills
        3. Be responsive to the residents with caring and empathetic attitudes
        4. Be mindful of the schedule of the home and of each residents, especially for meals and bath
        5. Assist the residents in the bath routine
        6. Monitors and records residents’ progress, continuous assessment of their physical and mental health - reporting to the nurses or attending physicians
        7. Ensures cleanliness and hygiene of residents and the home
        8. Assists the physiotherapist when the resident is being attended to by the physiotherapist
        9. Supervises the cleaners wherever is needed to clean up and immediate cleaning up
        10. Keeps the cook informed of food requirements of the residents, especially on special specific health conditions
        11. To attend to familieis enquiries when the families visit the residents
        12. Must work on 3 shift rotation

        Qualification / Experience Requirement

        • Minimum SPM
        • Minimum 1 year's experience in a care home environment
        • Home carers who have cared for loved ones for few years can apply

        E. Resident Doctor

        We are looking for Resident Medical Doctor under employment who are willing to based in Cheras.

        Job Responsibilities:
        To ensure providing excellent medical services to all patients at all times.
        To Provide medical consultation & physical examination.
        To interpret health blood report, ECG & other relevant medical documentations.
        To update & continuous medical learning.
        Any ad-hoc task required from time to time by immediate superior.
        Maintained good doctor-patient relationship.
        Oversee the workflow of clinic & staff.

        Job Requirement:
        Candidate must possess a Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or any equivalent) from a recognized institution.
        Registered with Malaysia Medical Council (MMC) and possess valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).

        A. MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

        1. Makes territory sales plan by products and by customers in accordance with assigned sales targets. Reports the results and corrective action on a monthly basis.
        2. Achieves sales target both in products and number of customers as per monthly and quarterly plan and increases sales of existing customers
        3. Makes itineraries and daily activities report of what has been done and how much sales achieved on that day.
        4. Reports on competitiors' activities and market situation.
        5. Expands and penetrates the market with both new and existing products.
        6. Promotes product through good product knowledge and honest and appropriate way of using promotional materials i.e. samples.
        7. Keeps good relations with the personnel of principals, the customers and colleagues.
        8. Submit all required reports.
        9. Customer service by answering enquiries via emails, calls and all communications.

        Qualification/Experience Requirement:

        • Preferably Diploma/Bachelor in Occupational Therapy/ Nursing/ Physiotherapy/ Healthcare/medical related

        B. CREATIVE MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA

        1. 1. Develops and implement out-of-the-box promotional campaigns and contests.
        2. Plans promotions and campaigns for eCommerce platform and marketplace sales in accordance to events, festivals, & holiday seasons.
        3. Plans promotions for new product launches.
        4. Produces & uploads monthly newsletters & product promotion materials.
        5. Develops & creates content i.e design banners, advertising material & email marketing.
        6. Manages social media presence by developing and implementing creative ways to increase the company's brand awareness and drive traffic to our website, Facebook, Instagram, and blogs; updates these sites/pages as necessary.
        7. Creates content for weekly postings on Facebook & Instagram. Include product features and benefits with a focus on elderly health & lifestyle, as well as community interests.
        8. Manages Facebook community group for members to ask for help/guidance and share testimonials
        9. Plans community events online and offline

         Qualification/Experience Requirement:

        • Able to write and speak fluent Mandarin and English
        • Diploma in Graphic Design and Marketing

          C. ACCOUNT CUM INVENTORY 

          1. Ensures all financial records and statements are in line with laws and regulation.
          2. Documents business financial transactions on a timely basis
          3. Resolves any discrepancies & irregularities found in the records, statements or document transactions
          4. Creates invoices and quotations for B2B customers
          5. Requests payment overdue from client
          6. Manages stock inventory and warehousing activities
          7. Closes accounts on a monthly basis
          8. Handles customer enquiry and assists in customer service

            Qualification/Experience Requirement:

          • 1 year working experience.
          • Bachelor degree in Accountancy.

          D. GRAPHIC DESIGN

          1. Enhances and executes design concepts, graphics and layouts for products.
          2. Creates interactive designs for social media platform.
          3. Develops and executes graphics for marketing tools (poster, bunting, flyers, catalogue, brochures, etc.)
          4. Develops and executes design for events, exhibitions etc.
          5. Takes photos and videos on events when required.

           Qualification/Experience Requirement:

          • From Faculty of Graphic Design/ Art Design/ Creative Multimedia, or any equivalent.

          E. ECOMMERCE & MARKETPLACE 

          1. Uploads products. eCommerce listing and develops bundles for eCommerce & its marketplace
          2. Syncs with marketplaces (lazada, shopee, ezbuy, amazon and many more) and also B2B channels
          3. Updates ielder.asia and marketplace inventory
          4. Shipment of products and update courier company at marketplace & ielder.asia and liaises with suppliers
          5. Assists with business development matter

            Qualification/Experience Requirement

          • From Faculty of Business Administration and Management
          • Ability to prioritize workload to achieve company goal.

            F. SERVICE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

            1. To maintain, service and repair the electrical items and other components of the facilities, including medical equipments 

            Qualification/Experience Requirement:

            • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
            • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
            • Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent.

            G. STOREKEEPER

            1. Responsible for all warehouse operation activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries including shipping and receiving, coordinating stock documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining proper inventory records and housekeeping
            2. Picking, packing and ensure on time delivery to customer according to delivery plan in daily
            3. Maintains a safe, orderly and clean store area
            4. Taking up other tasks as assigned

              Qualification/Experience Requirement:

            • Minimum SPM & equivalent
            • Candidates in similar position with 1-2 years of working experience in related field will add advantage
            • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

            H. DRIVER CUM STORE ASSISTANT/ ASSISTANT DRIVER

            1. Delivers customers’ orders - around the Klang Valley
            2. Manages the company's Van, cleaning and Puspakom & Roadtax affairs
            3. Wrapping customer orders
            4. Providing stock on behalf of the "Transporter"
            5. Receiving incoming stock
            6. Comply with the SOPs provided
            7. Organises stock and keeps the store neat and tidy
            8. Assists in running the affairs of the store
            9. Other work as directed by the store Manager or superiors from time to time.

              Qualification/Experience Requirement:

            • Minimum SPM 
            • Must have a GDL License
            • Must have a Complete Certificate of Vaccination
            • For Assistant Driver - To assist company drivers with the delivery of products or equipment to customers and clients. Load and unload products or equipment and maintain an accurate record of deliveries.

             I. BUSINESS ADMIN 

            1. Handling Customer enquiries

            J. COOK

            1. To plan and cook for the residents of the home; breakfast, lunch and dinner with morning and afternoon tea time snacks
            2. To be creative in the planning of the meals
            3. To be mindful and careful of the specific requirements (if any) of the residents, due to their health conditions
            4. To be responsible for the purchase of the raw ingredients of the meals
            5. To clean up after each cooking routine
            6. To ensure the kitchen and utensils are clean and in hygienic condition

            Qualification / Experience Requirement

            • Minimum 1 year of experience in cooking for a large number of people on a daily basis
            • Must be able to plan meals that are nutritious and healthy for seniors and residents recuperating from illness

            K. CLEANER

            1. To sweep the common areas of the home in the morning before residents proceed to the common area
            2. To clean the outside compound / porch of the home
            3. To clean the ensuite bathrooms (if any) of the residents’ room and the rooms of the residents once they have proceeded to the common area
            4. To clean up after the residents had their breakfast
            5. To clean up if there is any accidental mess during any part of the day
            6. To wash the clothes, pillow cases, bedsheets, towels, etc used in the home
            7. To keep all the above items neatly in their respective storage places
            8. To keep the kitchen clean at all times

            Qualification / Experience Requirement

            • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a care home, hostel or hotel
            • Experienced with making beds
            • Friendly and cheerful disposition
