Sell your pre-owned medical or home-care equipment through iElder, subject to these terms:

1. 10% Administration Fee
   iElder charges 10% of the final selling price for successful sales.
   
2. Transportation
   Transportation and delivery costs are borne by the buyer.
   
3. Photos & Videos
   Photos/videos will be provided for buyer review. iElder does not inspect or verify the product’s condition, safety, or functionality. iElder will request photos and/or videos from the seller upon a buyer’s request.
   
4. Priority
   Priority is given to products originally purchased from iElder.
   
5. No Warranty
   Pre-owned products are sold “as-is, where-is” with no warranty or guarantee from iElder.
   
6. B40 Community
   This initiative aims to make medical and home-care equipment more affordable and accessible to the B40 community.
   
7. One Product Per Listing
   Only one (1) product is allowed per listing. Multiple products must be listed separately.
   
8. Buyer Interest
   iElder will contact you if there is an interested buyer for your product.

Important: iElder acts only as a facilitator between buyer and seller. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate product information and condition.
