Healthy Cooking Class for elderly
Want your loved ones to eat healthier at home, and teach your helper to cook better?
Sign them up for the Healthy Cooking Class for Domestic Helpers, hosted by Siew Eng, where they will get to prepare delicious local dishes such as Egg Frittata, Carrot cake and Turmeric Ginger Chicken that are low in fat, salt and calories.

Conducted in both English and Cantonese, watch your carers gain confidence in cooking and preparing meals for you and your loved ones at home!
Participants who complete the cooking class will receive a certificate of participation.

About Siew Eng
Lim Siew Eng is a trainer and assessor for vocational aged care courses.
She is also a spokesperson for brands aligned with her nutrition philosophy of "eat well live well age well".
Her broad skill set on aged care includes lifestyle and nutrition promotion strategies with recipe and content development public speaking and assisting industry clients to brand Silver Floss Cook and Dine activity to enhance the quality of life of an older person living independently.
Siew Eng has extensive engagement with strategic partners such as IMC, Medico KM1 Condo JMC, Alzheimer's Disease Foundation Malaysia Petaling Jaya and Aged Care homes on research project development and lifestyle.
She loves spending time with older people playing tennis and reading.
Currently she is pursuing the online Master of Ageing through the University of Melbourne .
