I received great assistance in choosing the suitable item for my elderly mom, response was fast although I was communicating through whatsapp and purchase concluded expeditiously. I had great experience and will not hesitate to choose iElder again.

Efficient service
Good explanation from sales assistant, affordable price, and excellent delivery service.
I have not received the shipment. There was never any delivery information provided. I have been unable to contact anyone at iElder regarding this order even though I I have sent several emails and the online chat . This is the first communication from you since the order.
iElder helped to arrange for an urgent purchase and made it easy for me to order and make payment. I appreciate the extra help provided!
