INTRODUCTION
Occupational diseases are illnesses associated with the occupation or industry. It may result from a variety of biological, chemical, physical, and psychological factors in the work environment or related to encounters during employment. These work-related illnesses can be managed or controlled by applying acupressure to certain parts of the body.

ABOUT TRAINER
Dr. Kong Why Hong was trained as a Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM) physician in Guangzhou University of TCM (China) in 1998 and further pursued his medical doctorate degree in Crimea State Medical University (Ukraine) in 2010. He is also a PhD holder of TCM oncology ( cancer ) speciality. He gained his TCM experience while practising at his own TCM clinics in Malaysia for more than 23 years and also provided his TCM service in London, the UK and Ukraine while pursuing his Medical Degree.
Additionally, he has many years of medical practice experience (in emergency and also rehabilitation departments) in government hospitals, and as a Senior assistant director in the Traditional and Complimentary Division in the Ministry of Health, Malaysia. He was also a part-time lecturer at Xiamen University Malaysia and INTI International University. Dr. Kong is a registered medical doctor with Malaysia Medical Council (MMC), and lifetime member and General Secretary of Malaysia Chinese Medical Association (MCMA), a lifetime member of Malaysia Medical Association (MMA), Acupuncture Association of Malaysia (MAAM) and Malaysia Oncology Society (MOS). Previously, he was the Head of Clinical for GHHS MINES wellness city.
Currently, he is a medical doctor in Poliklinik Perdana and an Acupuncturist at AIM Healthcare Acupuncture TCM Centre. Founder of iElder.asia, a medical equipment supplier company.
