Join us on 4th of March (Saturday) at 11am and our guest speakers, Olivia, co-founder of iElder.asia, our resident expert in the elderly care industry, and Olivia, from Cooking with Olivia, renowned Thermomix Consultant, Nutritionist & Cookbook Author, to provide tips on how to create easy and balanced nutrient-dense meals.

Join us and learn practical methods and recipes that will enable you to create healthy and tasty meals that are ideal for elderly people. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals who share the same interest in promoting healthy aging.
