How to know when the Battery is fully charged?

There are two options to charge the battery:

A) One is charging through the controller at the wheelchair.
The battery is fully charged when the indicator lights at the top of the controller show 2 red, 2 yellow, and 2 green lights.

B) Another is direct to the battery.
The pilot light on the adapter will turn green when the battery is fully charged.

Answer: If your electric wheelchair is not in use, it's essential to maintain the battery properly. Follow these steps to preserve the battery life:

1. Regular Charging: Ensure that you charge the existing battery in the wheelchair at least once every week, even if the wheelchair is not in use. This helps prevent the battery from fully discharging, which can negatively impact its lifespan.
2. Extra Battery Storage: If you have an extra battery that has not been used, you can store it as usual. However, if you use the extra battery once, it's crucial to follow the same charging routine - charge it at least once every week to maintain its health.
3. Charging Duration: Allow the batteries to charge for approximately 5 hours during each charging cycle. Avoid overcharging, as it can lead to excessive heat and reduce the overall battery life.
