F.A.Q
Q1) Does Any filter part need to change after 1 year?
A1) Yes. Generally, it's recommended to change the filter every 3k hours. The outer particle filter needs to be cleaned weekly to ensure the smooth flow of air into the system.
Based on daily usage of 12-15 hours, the interval between changing a new filter is approximately 4-5 months. If pollution worsens in some areas, such as near the industrial area, the lifespan of the filter will also be short.
To check whether need to change the filter, kindly provide the serial number and hour reading meter. Accumulated hours will be shown upon switching on the unit.
Best to show a video clip focusing on the entire unit. A few factors such as any fluctuation of the flow meter, and whether all connections are tight enough to prevent leakage. It would be good if you could send it to us and we pass it to the technical team to fix your issue faster.
Q2) If I don't start using it, how long before it does not concentrate properly? Does it need to be activated or has it already been done?
A2) When we send the new unit to you, it's ready for usage now. Just plug in turn on the switch and adjust the flowmeter. Once activated, good to have it switched on occasionally to prevent the sieve bed from contamination simply because our air environment is filled with dust.
Q3) How many litres of oxygen increase from the range 1lpm -5lpm?
A3) Based on a 1lpm flow rate, it will be delivering approximately 0.58 litres of oxygen per hour.
Based on a 2lpm flow rate, it will be delivering approximately 1.2 litres of oxygen per order.
