Yes. The programme is designed to help learners develop practical caregiving skills, including those who are new to the care sector.
You don't need to be a nurse to begin learning how to support an elderly person safely, respectfully and with greater confidence.
The course is delivered in a friendly, practical bilingual format (English & Bahasa Melaysia). Training materials and medical terminology are simplified so everyone understands comfortably.
Many people only discover how difficult caregiving can be when someone they love suddenly needs help.
Without training, even simple questions can become stressful.
“Am I lifting Mum correctly?”
“What should I do if Dad is weak?”
“How do I help without making him feel helpless?”
“How can I accompany my parent safely to the hospital?”
Learning caregiving gives you something very valuable:
confidence.
Confidence because you finally have a foundation.
