What a beautiful evening we had! Our Christmas celebration this year was truly special, and we're so excited to share these moments with you.

We're grateful to YB Michelle Ng for her continued support of elderly care in Subang Jaya, and to all our partners—NCAS, PAWE Subang Jaya, and AGECOPE—for believing in what we're building together.
PAWE Subang Jaya delighted VIPs with a lively drum performance, showcasing the talents and energy of its senior members

When Community Comes Together
We were absolutely honored to welcome YB Michelle Ng Mei Sze, ADUN Subang Jaya, along with wonderful community partners who share our passion for elderly care. The room was filled with warmth, laughter, and the kind of genuine connection that makes our work so meaningful.
YB Michelle Ng toured the AIM Healthcare facility, exploring its integrated services and initiatives in elderly care

Our founder & Managing Director of AIM Healthcare, Dr. Kong Why Hong, welcomed everyone with open arms, and we were joined by inspiring leaders including Dato Dr. Vincent Ng In Hooi from the Nursing Care Association Selangor, Mr. Yang Chor Leong from PAWE Subang Jaya, and Delren Douglas from AGECOPE. Each of them reminded us why we do what we do—to ensure our seniors receive the dignity, care, and respect they deserve.
NCAS Chairman, Dato Dr. Vincent Ng In Hooi, Chairman of the Nursing Care Association Selangor (NCAS), shared heartfelt words that truly resonated with us: "Thank you for hosting at AIM Healthcare Centre, Malaysia's first integrated healthcare centre, setting a new benchmark in elderly care through a truly holistic approach to treatment. The Christmas 2025 celebration was a great success, reflecting compassion, professionalism, and dedication to the well-being of senior citizens. We are proud to be partners in elevating the standards and value of nursing care for the elderly in Malaysia. Congratulations and keep up the excellent work."
President of PAWE Subang Jaya, Mr. Yang highlighted PAWE Subang Jaya’s community engagement and active-aging programs, noting that the centre hosts activities to keep seniors active and socially engaged.
President of AGECOPE, Mr Delren Douglas highlighted AGECOPE’s concern that SST is not waived for elderly care centres, unlike private hospitals and MOH-registered centres, impacting mostly B40 and M40 residents. These centres have been unfairly classified under Category C—alongside karaokes, spas, and pubs—instead of as healthcare services. We urge the ADUN to assist in addressing this issue.
YB Michelle Ng Mei Sze, ADUN for Subang Jaya, has been actively involved in enhancing care services in Selangor. She serves as Chairperson of the Selangor Government’s Special Committee for Improvement of Care Services (JKPPP), which is tasked with reviewing and improving laws, guidelines, and policies related to childcare, elderly care, and services for persons with disabilities.
A Partnership That Matters
Here's something we're really proud of—we signed an MOU with the Nursing Care Association Selangor (NCAS) to develop comprehensive caregiver training programs. Because here's the thing: quality care starts with quality training. Our seniors deserve caregivers who are not just skilled, but truly understand their needs and treat them with compassion.

This partnership means we can continue raising the bar for elderly care in our community, ensuring every caregiver is equipped to provide the kind of care we'd want for our own loved ones.

The Joy of Celebration
After the formalities, the real fun began! We celebrated birthdays together—because every milestone deserves to be honored.

The PAWE choir performance had everyone singing along, and you could feel the joy in the room.

Dinner was a time for sharing stories and connecting. The lucky draw brought out everyone's competitive spirit (in the best way!), and the karaoke sessions reminded us that care isn't just about medical support—it's about creating moments of happiness and connection.

What This Means for Our Seniors
At AIM Healthcare Centre, we believe that our elderly community deserves more than just care—they deserve independence, dignity, and a life filled with purpose and joy. Events like this remind us that we're not alone in this mission.
PAWE Subang Jaya Mr. Richard Chew captivates the audience with a soulful saxophone performance, filling the atmosphere with lively and uplifting energy.
PAWE Subang Jaya hosts a heartwarming ukulele performance, bringing together seniors and youngsters in a joyful intergenerational musical experience.
This celebration showed us something beautiful: when we come together as a community, we create an environment where our seniors can truly thrive. Where they're not just cared for, but celebrated. Where they maintain their independence while knowing support is always there when needed.

That's the kind of care we're committed to providing—compassionate, professional, and always centered on the dignity and wellbeing of every senior in our community.

Thank you to everyone who made this evening so special. Here's to many more celebrations, partnerships, and most importantly, to providing the best possible care for those who have given so much to us.

Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas season from the AIM Healthcare family! 🎄
Big shoutout to the AIM Healthcare team for turning this event into an unforgettable experience.
