1. Can I change my appointment date?

No, you may not change your appointment. 

2. Are walk-ins accepted?

No walk in. You may email your Name, I/C no and Mysejahtera ID to poliklinikperdana@hotmail.com to register for vaccination. Please state the preference date of vaccination.

3. What type of vaccine is available?

Currently, our available vaccine is PFizer.

4. I am no longer living in KL, can I have my vaccination nearer to where I live?

Cancel your appointment in MySejahtera, and update your address/location in the app's helpdesk.

My sejahtera informed that my booster 3rd dose is with your clinic scheduled on the 26 Feb 2022. I have many other engagement within plus minus of that date. Can I get a new date which is earlier ? I’m available from 20th Feb to 23rd Feb anytime. TQSM
