Private Nursing Home or Rumah Jagaan Kejururawatan Swasta is regulated under Act 586 Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998. The criteria of the floor plan and etc should follow this guideline
If you want to start establishing now, you can either follow Care Centre Act or standard for nursing home under Act 586. If your center is registered with JKM, there is a provision on transition in 802 that will consider centres registered under JKM at the start of enforcement of Act 802 is deemed to be licenced under 802.
