Olivia Quah, Co-Founder of iElder.asia, division of AIM Healthcare (Asian Integrated Medical Sdn Bhd) is honoured to be an award winner for “The Resilience 30 Women Awards 2022 by HAPA®& Shanghai Business Media & BESPOKE International Group sponsored by Standard Chartered Bank on 26th September 2022.

The road to building this business has been an incredible journey, with many obstacles and challenges that I’ve overcome along the way. But I would never have gotten to where I am today, if not for peers, mentors, and friends I’ve met throughout my career.

I’d like to thank NAWEM, the National Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Malaysia, for their empowerment and support. I first joined NAWEM while I was working for the Korean Government Agency, attending all types of programmes and networking events, which gave me the knowledge and network to kickstart my own business.

To the women in the field that hope to pursue their own business, I highly encourage you to join NAWEM, to build your network and gain knowledge from the experiences of other brilliant entrepreneurs. By learning together and supporting one another, we can overcome many challenges, and achieve many milestones that would be difficult for us to achieve alone.

HAPA is introducing first women award "The Resilience 30 Women Awards 2022" whereby top 30 outstanding, extraordinary and resilience women in business and career in Malaysia will be recognised. The award is to celebrate women's perseverance, determination and ability to bounce back from crisis from the recent global pandemic. They are role model and the game changer and reminder to all women to stay strong courages and resilience.
