Notes:

• In the case of a power outage, there is a wire connected to the bedframe with a socket for a 9v battery, which will allow for light operation.
• Do not operate the bed with an occupant or load while using a backup battery, to prevent damage to the system
• In the case of a replacement mattress, kindly ensure that the total mattress thickness is within 4-6 inches and is flexible enough to bend, to prevent damage to the product. The optimum thickness is 115mm ( 4.5 inches, bendable ), if you want to have a thicker mattress, advise not thicker than 150mm ( 6 inches ) which must be flexible enough to bend, to prevent damage to the product.  Reminder: Spring type of mattress could NOT be used!

Q: Does it appear normal for the side rail to feel loose? A: Yes, it is normal. The side rail is primarily designed for guarding rather than providing arm support. The slotted design allows for some tolerance between the hole and shaft, enabling it to be inserted and lifted with a slight sense of looseness.
