Notes:

  • In the case of a power outage, there is a wire connected to the bedframe with a socket for a 9v battery (motor area), which will allow for light operation.
  • Do not operate the bed with an occupant or load while using a backup battery, to prevent damage to the system
  • In the case of a replacement mattress, kindly ensure that the total mattress thickness is within 4-6 inches and is flexible enough to bend, to prevent damage to the product. The optimum thickness is 115mm ( 4.5 inches, bendable ), if you want to have a thicker mattress, advise not thicker than 150mm ( 6 inches ) which must be flexible enough to bend, to prevent damage to the product. 
    Reminder: Spring type of mattress could NOT be used!

Q: Does it appear normal for the side rail to feel loose?
A: Yes, it is normal. The side rail is primarily designed for guarding rather than providing arm support. The slotted design allows for some tolerance between the hole and shaft, enabling it to be inserted and lifted with a slight sense of looseness.

For outstation buyers, if the motor is faulty, please contact iElder Asia by sending a video highlighting the details. If need be, you may also have to send the faulty motor for verification. Once we confirm that it is a motor problem, we will make arrangements to send a replacement motor.

We offer free delivery within the Klang Valley. Please provide your delivery address for locations outside of this area so we can confirm the shipping fee. Please note that the free delivery offer for orders over RM500 within West Malaysia does not apply to this specific product.

Kindly specify the floor level for delivery, as additional charges may apply for deliveries to the 1st floor or higher.

Kindly ensure that your room is cleared before delivery of the bed. An additional fee ranging from RM300 to RM600 will be applicable for our assistance. If you reside in a condominium, please visit the gatehouse to guide us to your unit.

1. Free delivery within West Malaysia by outsourced console lorry. Depending on the location, it may take a few days. Installation is not required. The installation guide is attached.
2. The Installation Fee for the bed in West Malaysia is RM300, depending on the location. Kindly provide the address so we can check with a private lorry driver for availability.
3. For East Malaysia and overseas customers, kindly contact us for further arrangements (marketplace@iElder.Asia or WhatsApp +6012-228 8472)
