AIM Healthcare :A Home Where Healing Meets Caring
When Dr. Kong Why Hong founded Asian Integrated Medical (AIM Healthcare) 13 years ago, it was not just about building a healthcare centre. It was about creating a place where East meets West, where the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine flows together with the science of Modern Medicine. After more than 20 years of study – from TCM to Western medicine, a PhD in TCM, and now pursuing Family Medicine and Geriatric Care – Dr. Kong’s dream has taken root in Subang, in the form of a unique five-storey corner building.
Our logo reflects the harmony between herbs and modern medicine, symbolising the essence of integrative healthcare – bringing together the best of both worlds
What makes AIM Healthcare different is not just the building, but the heart behind it. Here, doctors, Chinese medicine physicians, physiotherapists, nurses, and caregivers all work side by side, crafting care plans that look at the whole person, not just the illness. It is Malaysia’s first centre that truly integrates both systems of medicine, designed especially for patients and our beloved elderly.

A Walk Through Our Home of Care
On the Ground Floor, you’ll find our GP clinic and high-care centre – a safe space for patients who need close medical attention.

The First Floor houses our Care Centre,
here dedicated nurses and caregivers provide residents with attentive care, combining professionalism with genuine compassion.

On the Second Floor is something special – the iElder showroom and caregiver training centre
This is where families can step into real-life settings and see how small changes can transform care at home.
We have created three sample bedrooms that speak directly to the needs of our community:
#1. dementia-friendly bedroom, designed with safety and familiarity to ease confusion and bring comfort.
#2. fall-prevention / post-hospital bedroom, for those coming home after surgery or illness, where every detail reduces the risk of accidents.
#3. bedridden comfort bedroom, showing families how to provide dignity and ease for loved ones who spend most of their time in bed.
Beyond these, we also showcase a mobility room and a hospital products, disposable goods helping caregivers and families understand what is possible, and most importantly, what is practical at home.
The Third Floor is dedicated to TCM Acupuncture and our corporate offices

Top Floor is where life continues to bloom, a guest hall, activity centre for seniors (PAWE Subang Jaya), and a physiotherapy rehab centre. Here, residents can exercise, mingle, and find joy in community living.
More Than a Building
For us at AIM Healthcare, this is not just a five-storey facility. It is a vision brought to life – a place where healing is holistic, ageing is dignified, and families find support in their caregiving journey. We hope that every resident and patient who steps through our doors feels not only treated, but truly cared for—in heart, body, and soul.
If you are seeking a place where your loved ones can feel safe, cared for, and supported by professionals all under one roof, we warmly welcome you to visit AIM Healthcare. Please reach out to us to arrange an appointment—we would be delighted to show you around.
