FAQ: Poliklinik Perdana PPV Offsite AEON Mall Bukit Raja

Our PPV operated from 5th January 2022 to 13th March 2022.

Alternatively, the following are the steps to be taken to book for vaccination appointment on MySejahtera:

1. Go to the MySejatera app home screen and tap on Covid-19 vaccination.

2. Select the link "Click here to book your appointment".

3. Choose PPV name and address.

4. Select an available vaccination slot. Click "See More" for the appointment slots.

5. Before clicking "Confirm", ensure that the details are correct (i.e. type of vaccine, place of vaccination, date and time)

6. A confirmed vaccination slot will be reflected accordingly.

7. Obtain your booster dose at the selected PPV bases on the location and appointment slot selected.

1. Are walk-ins accepted?

Yes, adult can walk in.

Kids cannot walk in. Kids have to book through the parents mysejahtera app and fill up their booking location and slots.

2. What type of vaccine is available?

Adult - Sinovac, AstraZeneca and Pfizer. You can speak with the doctor in our PPV and request for the type of vaccinee. Subject of availability.

Kids - Pfizer, 10 -13 March 2022, can walk in during 10-13 March 2022 from11am to 6pm.

3. Can I apply to have my vaccination at this facility?

 If you have a pre-existing MySejahtera appointment for the booster dose, you can screenshot your appointment page and send it via WhatsApp to +6014 6833350. Your appointment location will be updated to PPV Offsite AEON Mall Bukit Raja the next day, with the new date being one day after your existing appointment.

4. I am no longer living in Klang/KL, can I have my vaccination nearer to where I live?

Cancel your appointment in MySejahtera, and update your address/location in the app's helpdesk.

5. Can I come early or later on my appointment date?

For example, actual appt time 12pm, but you want to come at 3pm. It is fine as long as it's not earlier than your appointment time.

6. We are husband and wife, but we have different appointment dates, can want to come on the same day?

Both of you can come on the date of the later one. Example, wife 8th, husband 12th, both can come in on 12th, provided your appointment is not scheduled at any other facility yet.

7. Can I come 1-2 days earlier than my appointment date?

Yes, can. Yes, we allow 2 days prior appointment date. You can show your appt and come in PPV.

8. Walk-in untuk warga emas berusia 60 tahun ke atas bermula 24 Jan 2022. Walk-in adalah setiap hari seperti masa operasi selepas pukul 2.00 petang. Dapatkan dos penggalak anda & lindungi mereka yang tersayang.

Yes, our PPV open for senior citizens. 

10. Covid 19 Vaccination program for children age between 5-11 years old.

Yes, our PPV has been selected run the program for the children vaccination.

Please goto Mysejahtera to register them as dependant. After registering them as dependant have to wait about 24hrs then next day will get a blue written line in appt saying register for PICKids. Then they can register and choose location and time.

11. Can I know if my MySejahtera status is Kontak Kasual Tidak Bergejala, can I still come to take my booster at the PPV?

Yes can.
