“老人味”背后的真相

老人家总是有青草或油腻的气味，特别是在老人护理中心、祖父母的住所、敬老院等类似的地方。然而，这种令人不舒服的气味可能很难在自己身上察觉，但会残留在枕套、衬衫领子和其他此类织物上，完全无法消除。

很多人都熟悉它，俗称“老人味”。
事实上，大多数老年人身上发现的这种气味被称为“壬醛”。根据《皮肤病学研究杂志》2011年发表的一项研究，壬烯醛的增加与衰老有关。

Nonnal的实际含义是什么？

大多数老年人的壬醛产生是由于衰老过程造成的。作为人类衰老的一部分，皮肤抗氧化防御能力的下降会导致壬烯醛的产生。男性和女性通常在 40 岁左右开始产生壬烯醛，并且可能会因更年期等荷尔蒙变化而加剧。

随着老化皮肤变得越来越脆弱，其天然油脂氧化得更快；这是由皮脂腺分泌的脂肪酸引起的，脂肪酸与空气中的氧气反应形成壬烯醛。

因为它不溶于水，所以尽管清洗，壬烯醛仍会残留在皮肤上，甚至在多次强烈擦洗后仍会残留。因此，即使在极其干净的环境中，壬烯醛引起的气味仍然存在。

有什么办法可以减少壬烯醛的气味吗？
实际上，我们可以通过遵循健康的生活方式来摆脱它：
1.定期进行体育锻炼
2.避免个人压力
3.戒烟
4.适量饮酒
5.饮食清淡
6.每天保证充足的休息

除此之外，某些成分还可以帮助对抗壬醛，例如：
1、柿子提取物
2.日本绿茶

最后但并非最不重要的一点是，关于“老人的气味”的真相是：它是衰老过程的自然组成部分，经历过它的人不应该感到羞耻。我们每个人都应该了解“老人味”的真相，与老人一起战斗。
