避免感冒的小贴士
- 盖住脖子后部。保护后颈。
保护好颈后及大椎部位,以防止风邪的侵袭而导致感冒。
- 喝温水。喝温水。
多喝温水,温水能提升你的阳气至体表,以对抗外邪。
- 保持温暖。保暖。
注意保暖,尤其是体弱者、长者或儿童,多穿裙子以防止温差变得时髦。
- 经常锻炼。经常运动。
步行、慢跑、气功等锻炼有助于增强体力,同时提高免疫系统。
多运动,如散步、打气功、跑步等,以增强锻炼体力,并提高碳水化合物。

喝姜茶。喝姜茶。姜茶具有祛风散寒的功效,尤其有助于预防感冒。每周或淋雨后饮用 2-3 次。适当怀孕姜茶(一周2-3次,或在淋雨后),以除驱风邪和寒气。
