WHY GOOD POSTURE IS IMPORTANT
Research has found that we now spend on average 13 hours a day sitting, whether that be at our desks, in our cars or on the couch. The problem with sitting for long periods of time is that you naturally begin to slump in your chair, meaning the lumbar spine drops back, pushing out the natural curve - and this puts strain on the back muscles as they are being stretched.
Adopting a correct sitting posture is the simplest solution to reducing these postural stresses and strains. Our Back Brace has been designed specifically for the central lower back (zone 4) to relieve lower back (lumbar) pain. As well as providing pain relief by supporting the spine, the brace also allows your back the time it needs to recover, and your muscles the chance to relax.
After a period of using the Back Brace, there are simple exercises you can do to strengthen your back, restore normal muscle function, and help prevent further pain.The Back Brace is easy to use with elasticated sides and a velcro fastening to ensure a comfortable and supportive fit. Made from hygienic anti-microbial breathable material with a thermo foam inner section, the brace allows for good air circulation to keep you cool and comfortable.
Unlike other back supports, the light grey exterior and low profile shape mean that it is the perfect brace for wearing directly on skin, under your clothes for the ultimate discretion.

Q1: HOW LONG CAN I WEAR THE BACK BRACE FOR?
A1: We recommend that the Back Brace is worn for a few hours at a time, supporting your back when most necessary. Following use of the brace, we also advise you to do some gentle exercises when possible to help strengthen your muscles. If you're unsure about doing exercises, or which ones to do, please speak to a professional first.
Q2: CAN I WEAR THE BACK BRACE WHILE I SLEEP?
A2: We don’t recommend that the Back Brace is worn while you sleep as this may cause further issues should you sleep in an awkward or incorrect position.
Q3: HOW DO I WASH THE BACK BRACE?
A3: We advise that the Back Brace is wiped with a damp cloth then left to dry naturally.
Q4: DOES USING THE BACK BRACE MAKE YOUR STOMACH MUSCLES WEAKER?
A4: Studies have consistently found that a Back support will not make your muscles weaker. But we would recommend you strengthen your lower back muscles whilst using our product to increase the speed of recovery and to sufficiently support your spine.
