The Basic Life Support (BLS) course provides essential training in high-quality First Aid, CPR, AED use, and emergency response techniques for adult, child, and infant victims of cardiac arrest or respiratory failure.
Designed for healthcare and emergency personnel, as well as individuals who wish to be prepared for real-life crises, this course emphasizes teamwork, quick decision-making, and adherence to current international resuscitation guidelines.
Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Recognize cardiac arrest and initiate immediate, effective CPR
- Perform high-quality chest compressions and rescue breaths for adults, children, and infants
- Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively
- Manage choking and airway obstructions
- Coordinate within a team during resuscitation scenarios
