Arrange Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and Electrical Safety Testing (EST) for medical equipment purchased from iElder under a B2B arrangement, with user training conducted on the same day as T&C.

Service Scope

• Testing & Commissioning (T&C): Functional testing, inspection and commissioning to check that the equipment operates correctly and safely.
• Electrical Safety Testing (EST): Electrical safety checks for medical equipment, including earth continuity, insulation and leakage current testing, as applicable.
• User training: Training for your team on the same day as T&C to support equipment use.

Fees and Service Location

• The listed fee applies to services within Klang Valley only.
• For locations outside Klang Valley, please provide the service address so we can check the transportation fee.
• The final T&C and EST fee will be revised after we receive your purchase order (PO) with the confirmed equipment quantity.
• If user training is requested on a separate day, additional charges, including transportation fees, will apply.
