Product Description

In traditional Chinese medicine, the spleen plays an important role in the production of Qi and regulation of the body’s fluids, but how do you ensure your spleen gets the tender loving care it needs? This is where our Four Herbs Spleen Strengthening Soup swoops in to save the day - and your health. An ancient prescription that harks back to China’s Qing Dynasty, it comprises ingredients that have been specially selected for their spleen- and stomach-nurturing properties.

Our herbal soup contains absolutely no preservatives, sulphate or additives and is made from only 100% natural premium-quality ingredients which have been packed for optimal freshness and convenience. Boiled on its own, the soup has a rather bland taste and colourless appearance as it doesn’t contain any artificial flavouring or colouring, but when decocted with your meat of choice, it develops into a wonderfully light-tasting savoury herbal broth that can be enjoyed by the whole family!

Ingredients
Lotus Seeds (莲子), Poria (茯苓), Semen Euryales (芡实), Chinese Yam (准山), Dried longan (元肉),  

Serving Portion:
3 - 4 servings.

Cooking Steps:
1. Rinse all the herbals under water.
2. Add 1500 - 2000ml water
3. Add chicken/ pork ribs (Recommend using Chicken)
4. After the water boiled, turn to small fire and simmer for 1 - 1.5 hours.
5. Turning off the fire, add in goji berries and simmer for 5 - 10 minutes
6. You may add some salt, based on your own preference.

烹煮方式:
1. 材料用水冲洗干净
2. 加入 1500 - 2000ml 的水
3. 加入川烫好的鸡腿肉/排骨肉(鸡肉会比排骨肉好喝)
4. 大火将水煮沸后,小火焖煮 1 至 1小时半
5. 熄火后,加入枸杞子,再焖 5-10 分钟
6. 可依据个人喜好加入些盐巴调味
